Account and request data

We process the name, email, authentication information and profile details supplied when you create or use an account. Signed-in scan requests are stored in your private history. Requester identifiers and request metadata are stored separately from public reports. We use these records to provide the requested service, secure accounts, enforce quotas and respond to support requests.

Public website evidence

Submitted website addresses, sampled page and link URLs, titles, technical observations, scores and measurement dates can appear in public reports. The ranking certificate records a selected sample and confirmation evidence. Saved battles and milestones retain their recorded results. A newer scan or methodology does not automatically erase older public evidence. Do not submit private links, credentials or confidential information in URLs.

Public evidence is retained to support reports, comparisons and disputes; it has no automatic deletion. A ranking certificate keeps its measurement date until a newer verified scan replaces it. An inconclusive rescan does not renew it. Contact us if public evidence contains personal information that requires review or removal.

Usage, security and browser storage

We process IP addresses for request limits, abuse prevention and deduplication. For report views, outbound clicks and ad impressions/clicks, the application stores daily hashes derived from the IP and the relevant site or event. These receipts have a two-day expiry, followed by deletion processing time. Hashing reduces direct exposure but does not make all usage records anonymous. Counts are approximate and do not identify a unique person or prove a completed visit.

Session cookies support sign-in. Browser storage also retains interface preferences. Dismissing the cookie notice stores that choice in a cookie for one year; it is not a marketing subscription. Hosting and authentication services process technical requests and operational logs. Their retention is separate from the application’s two-day counting receipts. Vercel Web Analytics supplies aggregate site usage information.

Service providers and external requests

Firebase/Google Cloud provides authentication, database and scan infrastructure; Vercel hosts the website and analytics; Stripe processes advertising payments. These providers receive the information needed for their respective functions. Optional browser audits send the submitted page URL to Google PageSpeed Insights. Crawled websites receive ordinary network requests, including the crawler identification. Opening third-party websites or sharing links on another platform also involves that platform’s own privacy practices. Infrastructure may process data outside your country.

Advertising and purchase records

Advertiser account details and orders remain private. An active advertisement’s name, image, description and destination are public. We do not store card numbers. Closing an account stops its advertisements and removes its saved scan history and creative data. Purchase records needed for payment reconciliation and refunds may remain after account closure.

Your choices and requests

You can update account details and request account deletion through account settings. Account deletion removes the private saved request history and requester metadata handled by the account deletion process. Public observations about websites and saved results are separate records. For access, correction, information about sharing, deletion or other applicable data-protection rights, contact hello@toob.com.br. We may need information to verify the requester’s identity or authority over the affected website. Records needed for legal obligations, disputes, fraud prevention or payment reconciliation may require separate retention.
